Because I may not get up as early tomorrow morning as I usually do  - it's the Super Bowl commercials! -

Sunday afternoon for Monday

By now you've probably heard what Punxsutawney Phil said when he came out of his tree stump Saturday morning:  he did NOT see his shadow and, so, he announced that "there is no shadow to see,"
which means "An early Spring for you and me."

But on Sunday morning the temperature here in The Hollow was about minus 4 degrees!  Brrrr!

It did warm up later in the day and Jeff Reynolds sent this picture of the Waterville Public Library's photovoltaic electricity plant's solar panels, Sunday afternoon, writing; "Really cranking out the juice today!"

Here is YNN's Weather Forecast as of Sunday afternoon. (A low pressure system that arrives Sunday night)  "quickly moves out by Monday; however, lake effect should set up once again with highs in the low 20s. Luckily, we get a break in the action closer to midweek as high pressure makes a comeback.  After spending the half of the week with highs in the 20s, temperatures will likely warm into the 30s by the end of the week into next weekend.
