Wednesday was bright and sunny and melty and muddy!
It wasn't as if all these vehicles, lined up at the Waterville Carwash, had been driven across one of those muddy fields - they were just liberally coated with salty sand and grit from safely de-iced roads.

and Jim Dudak of the Mohawk Valley Astronomical Society (our Observatory
partner). Several of us watched Don and Jim in action during the
eighty minutes it took to capture the image-- while also enjoying a
lively guided telescopic tour of the sky led by Faith Thompson of the
MVAS."
