FYI - 8:45 update

According to WKTV at 8:45
"State Route 8 and State Route 12 in Oneida County are now entirely back open after being closed late Saturday evening."

It's 23.5 degrees with very light snow at 6:30 a.m.

Snow total on my front porch is 7".
There was an accumulation of 2" or 3" to begin with, so the overnight snowfall must have been about five inches.

The Utica Observer-Dispatch posted this Alert on their website late last night:

• "Traffic alert: Large stretch of Route 12 closed

Route 12 between New Hartford and Waterville was closed late Saturday night due to the weather."
